Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

There is no return policy as we customize the product that can only be used by the individual. We encourage return for shipping the wrong items, manufacturing defect, near-expiry product and damaged during transit (an evidence such as unboxing video or images are must be provided to claim the return). You must initiate refund request within 5 days of delivery. Once the product is validated by our team, we will take 5 - 7 business days to initiate refund on your requested mode of payment. Shipping charges can be waived off if you are eligible for the return due to shipping wrong or damaged items. Otherwise customer will be charged to pay.   

Refund/Cancellation Policy - the basics

Call our customer care office or initiate whatsapp chat for opening a return ticket. Emails can delay the ticket request. We will not accept any cancellation after dispatching the products. Before dispatching cancelation (except  within 24 hours) will have a cancelation fee of 5% of total value.  Orders cant be cancelled once exceeded the cancellation window of 24 hours.
