- All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase  

- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)  

- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation  

- In rare cases of pricing or technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order  

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer global shipping to select locations.

- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location  

- Delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control  

- International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer  

TheAurelia is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Strict Policy)

We maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and hygiene. Returns are accepted only under the following condition:

- The product is received in a damaged or defective condition  

To request a return:

- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery  

- Provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue  

Non-returnable cases include:

- Opened or used products  

- Change of mind  

- Skin reactions or personal dissatisfaction  

- Improper handling or storage  

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-6 business days.
